MOMENTUM & MILESTONES

Mabill is on track for its MVP launch in August 2025, followed by a beta release in January 2026 with in-app payments and service verification. We have already onboarded 30+ HVAC technicians across Klang Valley and pre-qualified 500+ households and SMEs through strategic partnerships. Our platform is designed for long-term growth, with AI, IoT, and ESG integration at its core, and a roadmap that considers future liquidity pathways, including a potential SGX Catalist listing (subject to financial, market, and operational readiness)

TEAM

Dr. Seemantani Sharma, Co-Founder & Strategic Architect

Dr. Seemantani is a lawyer with 12+ years’ experience in intellectual property, technology law, and governance. She conceived Mabill to address the sector’s inefficiencies and under-digitalization. She does not hold any executive role, draws no salary, and limits her involvement to strategic input on compliance, regulation, and sustainability. All operational activities are led by Mabill’s local team in alignment with Malaysian laws and governance standards. A 2025 selectee of the Founder Institute, she chose to pursue Mabill independently and contributes through sweat equity. Dr. Sharma builds Mabill outside the scope of her role as Legal Manager at the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU), with strict adherence to professional ethics, conflict-of-interest protocols, and Malaysian regulatory frameworks.

Chen Kwok Kim, Co-Founder & Operations Advisor

Chen brings over a decade of hands-on experience in Malaysia’s HVAC services industry, combined with deep insights into real estate operations. Having worked extensively with residential, commercial, and mixed-use property owners, Chen has developed a keen understanding of the operational needs of buildings and facilities when it comes to sustainable air conditioning and energy management. He provides practical guidance on technician onboarding, field operations, customer service excellence, and the intersection of HVAC services with property management best practices. His experience is helping Mabill build a scalable service ecosystem aligned with modern real estate and sustainability demands.

Arun Parameswaran, Lead Developer & Technical Advisor

Arun Parameswaran is a seasoned technology professional with 29 years of experience across mobile apps, AI/ML, IoT, big data, web platforms, and enterprise systems. He specializes in building scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions, with deep expertise in full-stack development, cloud architecture, and data-driven systems. Known for driving innovation and aligning technology with strategic goals, Arun has led cross-functional teams and delivered transformative solutions across industries. At Mabill, he is responsible for developing the platform’s technical architecture and AI-driven capabilities, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term innovation.

Professor Saidur Rahman, Honorary Scientific Advisor

Professor Saidur Rahman is a distinguished research professor in physics at Sunway University, specializing in renewable energy, nanofluids, energy efficiency, heat transfer, and energy policy. A prolific scholar, he has authored over 350 academic papers and is consistently recognized among the World's Top 2% of scientists for his contributions to energy and mechanical engineering. At Mabill, Professor Rahman lends his expertise in clean energy and sustainable innovation to guide the scientific development of our platform.
